Robin DeLucia has over 15 years operations, contract and program management experience working for Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and IT service sectors.
She has extensive experience managing contracts, and was most recently based in Phoenix, Arizona, managing large contracts on behalf of American Express for IT and telecom services provided by IBM, HP, AT&T, EMC and Microsoft.
Robin has also held Program Director roles managing large scale global change programs such as uplifting the SNA network for a global company with presence in 36 countries.
In one of her management roles, Robin was accountable for a major cultural change program focused on employee engagement. In this role she successfully raised employee satisfaction scores from poor to excellent in less than two years.

David Wheeler has responsibility for overseeing our national field operations. Prior to this appointment he was Commercial Director, responsible for providing commercial support to the Australian operation and overseeing a number of corporate functions.
David's previous roles include general management and business unit management positions across a diverse range of infrastructure industries. David has extensive operational, commercial and financial management experience in both design and construct and operate and maintain contracting businesses.

Garry Ricardo (MBA-Exec) is the Director - Managed Services, responsible for services to Kordia's telecommunications and IT sector customers.
Garry joined Kordia in 2001 as Operations Manager and has since developed and refined business capabilities and solutions to meet growing customer requirements.
Garry's career also spans a wide range of management roles in television broadcasting and IT sectors.

Peter Robson (BA, LLB) has managed Kordia Solutions Australia since 2001, including the transition to Kordia ownership in 2005. In that time the company’s revenues have increased by a factor of eight and from its small beginnings Kordia has now become a market-leading communications and engineering services provider.
Peter's previous roles included Chief Operating Officer for Australian Associated Press and he has extensive experience in infrastructure and construction management, project management, news media, outsourcing, engineering services and in enabling people to achieve success.

Simon McLevie (B.Com) has over 18 years finance and business development experience working for Fortune 500 and ASX 50 companies in a number of business sectors including financial services, telecommunications, information technology, logistics/transportation, and property.
He has extensive experience working across Asia Pacific and has previously held senior finance and business development roles with global IT services leaders CSC and IBM in Australia and Asia. In his last role he was based in Singapore where he held the role of Finance Director Asia Pacific for a leading global US software vendor.

Kul Bhatia Joined Kordia in June 2008 after a long and distinguished career at Marconi, Ericsson, Optus, and Fujitsu.
During his 9 years with Marconi/Ericsson as a General Manager of Broadband Networks division, Kul has overseen some of Australia’s most exciting Transmission and broadband projects.
Kul provided technical expertise for a number of projects including the implementation and design of the world’s largest non-regenerated optical link with the Amcom IP1 project and the roll-out of both TransACT and Western Power’s advanced FTTx based broadband networks delivering IPTV services.
Now as a Director of Broadband Solutions at Kordia, Kul is responsible for developing customized solutions into the broadband and access markets.
As members of the Fibre to the Home Council Asia Pacific and the Communications Alliance we are constantly engaging and working within our industry helping to shape and contribute to the direction of future technology within Australia. Kul holds the Chairman’s position for the Architecture & Technology Group within the Fibre to the Home Council Asia Pacific.

Greg Tracey (BAppSci, MBA) has been a member of the Kordia Solutions Australia Sales team since 2006 and took on the challenge of Director Sales & Marketing during 2010.
Over the past 15 years as a Telecommunications Professional, Greg has worked in Australia, Asia and Europe and in a variety of roles that have included Head of Program Management in Optus MND, Program Manager on the Vodafone Global account for Siemens Mobile and European Director of Sales and Marketing for AlanDick Ltd.
He has extensive experience in the sales management and delivery of Major Projects, Managed Services outsourcing and infrastructure supply across the Cellular and Fixed Telecommunications Market, IT and Broadcast Engineering sectors.

Jeff Galyer has a background in Mechanical Engineering and has spent 25 years in the global telecommunications industry in various roles covering manufacturing, design, sales and General Management.
Today, Jeff leads the Private Networks team which manages Kordia's network assets in Australia, and is focused on growing the existing Government and private sector business.
Key networks include Kordia's HF network servicing the maritime market, media monitoring network, and managed Ethernet services which leverage Kordia’s MPLS network.

Mark McShane (BEng) is the Director of Technology Services, for Kordia Solutions. Mark is responsible for Technology Services (TS) Division which offers Project Management Services (RAN/TX Deployment) and Network Engineering Services (RF/Transmission/Switch/OSS/NMS) to the Wireless Telecoms Infrastructure market, and Broadcast Engineering Services to the TV/Radio/Defence Infrastructure markets.
Mark’s previous roles have included Head of Radio Networks - Vodafone UK, CTO Vodafone Hungary, Senior Program Manager Vodafone Egypt, Manager Program Office BT Asia Pacific.
