Gary joined Kordia Solutions in March 2014, prior to this Gary held various senior management positions with both Transfield Services and Telstra.

Dr Chris Stephenson earned his research doctorate by investigating and developing methods for rapid improvements in strategic decision making by senior executives. He is an experienced telecommunications professional with global senior executive experience.
Prior to joining Kordia Solutions in May 2014, Chris has held senior Asia Pacific leadership roles at international telecommunications supplier companies such as Amdocs, Comverse, Oracle and HP. He and his teams have delivered multiple large-scale mission-critical systems into most major carriers in South Asia including nearly all ANZ carriers.
An ability to consistently deliver on even the most challenging business targets combined with his depth of experience with growth-enabled business transformations, places Chris well to lead Kordia Australia’s Sales and Marketing team to leverage their position as a first tier engineering services supplier to the telecommunications industry.
Ken Benson joined Kordia Solutions Pty Limited as its Chief Executive Officer in March 2014. He is a highly successful Senior Executive. Ken is a committed and energetic leader who has repeatedly delivered to the most challenging business targets. He has a proven record of building skilled and motivated teams who delivered excellent business results. Ken focuses on creating environments where people are able to succeed and in doing so establish a balance between stretch targets, development opportunities, appropriate reward and having fun.
Ken has held senior executive positions at leading international telecommunications companies such as British Telecom, Telecom New Zealand and Telstra Corporation. He has extensive experience serving as both Chairman and Director of companies in EMEA and Asia Pacific regions including Southern Cross Cable, Australia Japan Cable, Telecom Cook Island and the Kordia Group.
Ken is widely recognised as a Network technology expert in Wireline, Wireless, Submarine Cable. He is also highly accomplished in commercial negotiations and business delivery and an outstanding people leader.
Daniel Hill (B.Bus GradDip (Acc)) joined the Kordia team in November 2013 in the role of Chief Operating Officer and comes with extensive experience at the executive level. Daniel was most recently the Executive General Manager (Mobile Communications) at Service Stream Ltd.
Daniel commenced with Service Stream in 2006 in the role of General Manager and held various senior roles including Project Director for the significant Telstra programs between 2007 and 2012. Daniel has proven leadership and operational experience in the telecommunication and civil engineering sectors.
Prior to joining Service Stream, Daniel worked in a General Manager role for 5 years within a civil and road construction organisation and 8 years in commercial finance with Westpac.
Tom Pearson joined the Kordia Solutions team in May 2014. Tom brings his extensive experience as a senior executive in the leading telecommunications companies where he has introduced new best practice commercial behaviors that significantly improved the bottom-line performance of each organisation.
Tom is a successful senior leader that has great experience in managing large and diverse head office and operational teams within a variety of organisations including British Telecom, Telstra, Telecom NZ and PaperlinX.
Tom is a recognised champion of Supply Chain and Procurement efficiencies and effectiveness with a clear focus on the bottom line and operational performance. He has led sustained productivity improvement initiatives throughout his career, and has been recognised for his contribution in delivering people development, innovation and service improvements.
