Kordia’s technical staff are trained across a multitude of platforms from different vendors of different technologies.
Kordia is experienced at providing innovative ways to support full life cycle hardware through our existing national network maintenance contracts, with an ongoing commitment to quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Capability within field services is gained using the Train the Trainer approach and state-based principal technicians are fully qualified to train staff and our agents. This enables Kordia to deliver successfully to customers’ demanding SLAs and the overall customer experience.

Kordia has refined its delivery model over time to allow for small teams with skill sets to suit a wide range of equipment and to meet new scopes for customer field works.

Kordia liaises with customers to review and include best practices into their quality workflow processes and procedures. This ensures total end-to-end hardware management - from network solution design to equipment disposal - is included in the field delivery model.

Kordia has an ongoing evaluation program where our staff can assess all hardware components on site network architecture, taking into account customer business needs. This can include:

• poles and towers.

Kordia can produce end-to-end solution designs with cost benefit analysis including reports and recommendations for upgrades/refurbishment or swap out/replace.

All network installation, fault fixing and network maintenance procedures are well documented and comply with ISO 9001 and OH&S 4801 accreditation standards. 

Kordia uses the same systems and processes nationally so it can benchmark performance across states, and drive efficiency programs to better service customers. Our customers recognise that Kordia’s coverage is second to none in both geographical spread and agent quality.

As part of an end-to-end national technical and network installation service, Kordia provides an equipment staging and test facility plus a warehousing and logistics service. These services are critical factors in projects that need the right people, tools and equipment at the right location in the right time.
