The Kordia Network Management Centre (NMC) at Macquarie Park in NSW provides a secure system for proactive remote network monitoring and network management around the clock. Kordia helps customers maximize their network availability, decrease the likelihood of serious outages, and also provides information to help them optimize network performance.

At the core of our 24x7x365 Network Management Centre is our experienced remote network monitoring engineers.

As soon as an event occurs in a customer’s network, our Network Management Centre systems and staff detect it, open a service request and start diagnosing the problem.

As part of our network managed services, alarmed thresholds are used to check how the network is performing and whether early intervention is needed. SNMP is used to gather statistics for these purposes; versions 1, 2 & 3 are supported.

Kordia’s Network Management Centre includes password-protected web portal access, with daily reports detailing network performance. These reports are used to help analyse the current status and plan for the future growth of the network.

Detailed network diagrams are also available as a convenient way of referencing network topology. The Network Management Centre is equipped for:
